Chipped Beef Gravy

Chipped Beef Gravy
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 T butter/margarine 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1 small jar of Armour Chopped dried beef
  1. Rinse dried beef under hot water. 
  2. Drain and cut into bite sized pieces.
  3. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour and add milk.  
  4. On medium heat, constantly stir mixture until it becomes thickened.  
  5. Add the meat and heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.  
  6. Serve over biscuits, or toast.
